About the role
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who is analytically rigorous, strategically minded, and a collaborative problem-solver to join our Advertising & Rewards division . The Senior Product Analyst will collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders by using data-driven insights to inform the design and optimization of Xsolla’s B2C apps/websites. Additionally, they’ll lead the design and execution of multivariate AB tests, analytics schema and dashboards/reports, generating recommendations that influence our roadmap and drive product and business performance. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to drive data-informed product decisions that shape how we reward and engage players at scale .
Strong analytical and statistical skills are essential, along with experience in quantitative analysis within games or other consumer-facing apps . The ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
