Role Summary
Sophos is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our global development team. In this role, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions on our customized Salesforce platform. You will independently lead the delivery of epics, actively participate in design reviews, and mentor other developers to elevate the team’s technical maturity. This position goes beyond coding as you will play a key part in technical strategy, system architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of engineering standards. Expect to be hands-on while also driving results, leading technical delivery, and championing innovation across systems and teams.
