As Manager, People Technology & Analytics , you’ll serve as a key conduit between the People Team (e.g., People Partners, Talent, Total Rewards), IT, Payroll, Finance, and the broader business—translating business and employee needs into scalable technology solutions, reliable data architecture, and actionable workforce analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who combines systems thinking, analytical rigor, and a startup mindset, and who is comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
