Position Summary:

PointClickCare is looking for a Content Strategist to own and execute the strategy for our owned brand content channels, including our blog, podcast, web content, long and short form content, and agency partnership brand programs. This role sits within the Brand Marketing team and is accountable for the owned brand content strategy end to end: from planning through production and performance.

This is a hands-on, executional role backed by strong strategic instincts. The ideal candidate can build a content strategy and then roll up their sleeves to deliver it. They will embed with marketing pods across the organization, translating product marketing and go-to-market strategy into brand strategy that fuels our top of funnel thought leadership engine. This role works across multiple marketing pods and subject matter areas, requiring the ability to prioritize across a broad range of opportunities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and identify the content that will have the greatest impact on brand awareness, thought leadership, and audience engagement.
