Position Overview

We're growing our EMEA Marketing organization and are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – DACH to drive brand awareness, demand generation, account-based marketing, and pipeline progression across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Own DACH marketing strategy and execution across awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing programs with business objectives • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for strategic accounts • Manage regional marketing plans, reporting, and optimization • Execute events, tradeshows, and customer-facing programs

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM • Experience marketing to Industrial clients • Strong stakeholder management and sales partnership skills • Experience developing integrated multi-touch marketing programs • Experience with named-account ABM strategies • Willingness to travel and work independently

Preferred

• Experience with AI, cloud, data platform, or emerging technology solutions
