Estamos em busca de uma pessoa desenvolvedora Sênior Backend Java com forte capacidade de execução, autonomia e maturidade técnica para atuar na evolução de um ecossistema de microsserviços em nuvem ( GCP ) em contexto financeiro. Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar requisitos de negócio e direcionamentos técnicos em soluções backend robustas, escaláveis e sustentáveis, colaborando diretamente com o arquiteto/tech lead na definição de soluções e na elevação da qualidade técnica do time.
Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver e evoluir soluções backend complexas em microsserviços já em produção com autonomia.
Transformar requisitos de negócio em soluções simples, escaláveis e sustentáveis.
Atuar em todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento, do refinamento técnico ao deploy.
Investigar problemas em produção, realizar troubleshooting e identificar causa raiz.
Participar ativamente de code reviews e disseminar boas práticas no time.
Identificar riscos, gargalos e débitos técnicos e propor melhorias de arquitetura.
Colaborar com Arquitetos/Tech Leads, POs, times de produto e frontend (React/React Native) no desenho de BFFs e integrações.
Atuar como referência técnica, apoiando pessoas desenvolvedoras pleno/junior.
Requisitos para este desafio:
Experiência sólida com Java (8+) e Spring Boot: desenvolvimento de APIs REST, microsserviços, integrações síncronas e assíncronas.
Conhecimento em arquitetura backend: Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID e padrões de projeto.
Experiência com sistemas distribuídos, mensageria e arquiteturas orientadas a eventos.
Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL, MySQL) e noções de NoSQL: modelagem, consultas e performance.
Containers e orquestração: Docker e Kubernetes (preferencialmente GKE).
Manutenção de pipelines de CI/CD com GitHub Actions e integração com ferramentas de qualidade e segurança.
Testes automatizados: unitários, integração, contrato (REST) e experiência com TDD.
Gestão de fluxos entre múltiplos ambientes (dev, homologação e produção), incluindo configuração de variáveis e segredos.
Observabilidade: logs, métricas, traces e troubleshooting em produção.
