Missão:

Procuramos um AI Engineer SR que integre a inteligência artificial de forma nativa em todas as etapas do Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). O candidato ideal não apenas utilizará IA como um suporte pontual, mas como parte fundamental do fluxo de desenvolvimento, garantindo que as automações e interações com o ambiente sejam consistentes e eficientes. Além de criar soluções de IA para serem utilizadas pelo time e empresa.

Responsabilidades: Operar o SDLC com foco em inteligência artificial, implementando automações com agentes que executam tarefas multi-step. Estruturar especificações detalhadas para alimentar modelos de IA, assegurando que a qualidade dos dados e dos processos seja mantida. Manter o controle de qualidade e garantir a segurança das operações em produção. Desenvolver novos projetos utilizando IA em um formato End-to-End, adaptando-se a diferentes stacks tecnológicas conforme necessário. Colaborar em projetos de "tiro curto", onde a flexibilidade e a capacidade de adaptação a novas tecnologias são essenciais.
