O que buscamos? Desenvolvedores com perfil inovador, que queiram dominar a integração entre engenharia de software e IA. Temos vagas para perfil Pleno e Sênior. Skills Técnicos Desejados:

Java

Angular

Experiência no desenvolvimento e otimização de prompts para maximizar a eficácia de interações com agentes de IA.

Conhecimento em RAG

Conhecimento em MCP

Generative AI & LLMs: Desenvolvimento com APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI), Prompt Engineering, estratégias de contexto e otimização de modelos (custo, latência e qualidade).

Arquitetura RAG: Implementação completa (chunking, embeddings, busca semântica/híbrida, reranking, bancos vetoriais e avaliação de precisão).

AI Agents & Integrações: Construção de agentic workflows, orquestração, memória, tool/function calling e integração avançada via MCP (Model Context Protocol) .

Desenvolvimento Fullstack & Engenharia: Backend em Java , Frontend em Angular , arquitetura de microsserviços e consumo/criação de APIs REST.

LLMOps & Qualidade: Observabilidade, governança, segurança, métricas de avaliação e práticas de CI/CD, Git e testes automatizados.
