A squad de Web Marketing é responsável pelas propriedades digitais do banco — sites institucionais, landing pages de campanha, hubs de conteúdo e páginas de produto. Construímos e evoluímos essas experiências sobre o Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), com forte integração ao ecossistema de marketing (Analytics, Target, Marketing Cloud) e às APIs internas.
Buscamos uma pessoa desenvolvedora full stack pleno com especialização em Front-End, que goste de transformar design em interface performática, acessível e pixel-perfect — mas que também seja autônoma para criar componentes, templates e integrações no backend do AEM sem depender de terceiros. Aqui você é dona da ponta a ponta: do HTL e do componente no dialog até o comportamento em runtime, a integração com a API e a entrega em produção passando pelo quality gate.
Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver e evoluir componentes, templates e Content Fragments no AEM (Sites), garantindo autonomia de edição para os times de marketing.
Implementar interfaces responsivas e acessíveis a partir de layouts do Figma, com atenção a detalhe visual, cross-browser e mobile-first.
Otimizar performance web e Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP): lazy loading, otimização de imagens, critical CSS e redução de JS.
Manter e expandir o Design System/biblioteca de componentes da squad, promovendo reuso e consistência visual.
Construir integrações backend no AEM: servlets, Sling Models, workflows, schedulers e consumo/exposição de APIs REST.
Implementar e validar tagueamento e tracking (Adobe Analytics/GTM/dataLayer) em conjunto com o time de marketing e dados.
Apoiar campanhas e ativações: criação ágil de landing pages, testes A/B e personalização.
Participar de code review, versionamento (Git) e do pipeline de CI/CD (Cloud Manager) entre ambientes (dev/stage/prod).
Atuar no ciclo ágil da squad (refinamento, planning, dailys), junto a PO, UX e marketing.
Requisitos para este desafio:
AEM :
Experiência com AEM as a Cloud Service e Cloud Manager.
Desenvolvimento de componentes AEM com HTL/Sightly e dialog de autoria (Granite/Coral UI), incluindo Sling Models para expor dados ao HTL.
Domínio da estrutura de projeto do AEM Project Archetype e dos módulos Maven (ui.config, core, ui.frontend), com build via Maven.
Front-End:
Domínio sólido de HTML5 semântico, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, SASS/LESS), JavaScript moderno (ES6+) e TypeScript.
Experiência comprovada com layout responsivo, cross-browser e fidelidade ao design.
