Buscamos uma pessoa desenvolvedora para liderar a construção, evolução e orquestração do agente de IA da squad. Nesta posição, o foco vai além do desenvolvimento tradicional de serviços: você projetará, treinará e refinará o agente responsável por executar do discovery à verificação de DoD, garantindo qualidade, segurança e aderência às melhores práticas de engenharia.
Principais Responsabilidades
Desenvolvimento e Orquestração de IA: Construir e evoluir o agente de IA da squad (comportamento, skills , ferramentas e fluxos de automação).
Integração & Contexto: Conectar o agente de IA às fontes de contexto do projeto (repositórios, APIs, sistemas de mensageria e bancos de dados).
Engenharia de Prompt & Guardrails: Definir e validar prompts , diretrizes de segurança ( guardrails ) e critérios automatizados de DoD.
Avaliação & Qualidade (PDCA): Analisar criticamente as entregas geradas pelo agente (código, testes e análises) e aplicar melhoria contínua aos fluxos.
Liderança Técnica em IA: Operar, medir e refinar as saídas do agente no dia a dia, apoiando a equipe nas decisões técnicas e na evolução da squad.
Conhecimentos e Práticas Necessários
Desenvolvimento com IA & LLMs (Obrigatório): Experiência prática na integração com APIs de LLM, construção de agentes e tool/function calling .
Engenharia de Prompt & Segurança: Domínio no desenho de prompts , definição de guardrails e regras de comportamento para modelos.
Arquitetura Orientada a Eventos: Experiência em integração assíncrona (contratos, tópicos/filas, DLQ e idempotência).
Microsserviços & Integrações: Vivência na construção e consumo de APIs, versionamento, observabilidade e integração de serviços.
Bancos de Dados: Conhecimento sólido em bancos de dados relacionais e NoSQL.
Engenharia de Software & Boas Práticas: Domínio de SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, testes automatizados e controle de versão com Git (branches, PRs e code review).
Experiência com linguagem de programação: Java, Node, Python ou similares.
