Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Backend Developer com conhecimentos em GoLang e Kotlin.
Objetivo desta oportunidade é integrar o time do cliente, puxando o desenvolvimento de soluções para o backend do App de forma autônoma e organizada.
Responsabilidades:
- Trabalhar com serviços backend em Go, Kotlin - Implementar e gerenciar contêineres utilizando Docker. - Orquestrar serviços em ambientes Kubernetes. - Contribuir para a criação e manutenção de pipelines de CI/CD. - Trabalhar com bancos de dados PostgreSQL para armazenamento, manipulação de dados e troubleshooting. - Implementar práticas de observabilidade utilizando Datadog. - Integrar sistemas de mensageria como Kafka para comunicação entre serviços. - Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para definir, projetar e entregar novas funcionalidades. - Explorar e implementar soluções de codificação baseadas em IA para otimização de processos e desenvolvimento, conhecendo ferramentas como Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot ou Winsurf.
Requisitos:
- Conhecimento em uma ou mais das seguintes linguagens: Go, Kotlin. - Familiaridade com Docker e Kubernetes. - Experiência com bancos de dados PostgreSQL. - Compreensão de práticas de observabilidade e monitoramento com Datadog. - Experiência com sistemas de mensageria, especialmente Kafka. - Conhecimento sobre padrões de arquitetura de microserviços. - Entendimento sobre resiliência, escalabilidade e latência de aplicações. - Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar em um ambiente ágil. - Boa comunicação e capacidade de se desenrolar nas demandas. - Experiência em processos ágeis, incluindo uso de Jira e Confluence. - Conhecimento em métodos baseados em tracking, hábitos de Merge Request (MR) e qualidade de software. - Habilidade em resolver problemas complexos de forma criativa.
