Buscamos uma pessoa desenvolvedora Full Stack Pleno em uma squad com forte uso de Inteligência Artificial no ciclo de desenvolvimento, contribuindo na construção de soluções com Java no backend e Angular no frontend, e participando ativamente do uso de agentes de IA no dia a dia da equipe. Essa pessoa deve ter maturidade técnica suficiente para participar de code reviews de forma colaborativa e propositiva, contribuindo com a qualidade do time.
Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver e evoluir soluções backend em Java (Spring Boot / microserviços) e frontend em Angular Participar de code reviews, contribuindo com sugestões construtivas e absorvendo feedbacks técnicos Utilizar agentes de IA e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial no fluxo de desenvolvimento do dia a dia Colaborar com a squad na construção de soluções alinhadas aos requisitos de negócio Participar de refinamentos técnicos e cerimônias ágeis Garantir a cobertura de testes e aderência aos padrões de qualidade do projeto
Requisitos:
Boa experiência em Java com Spring Boot e APIs REST Boa experiência em Angular (componentização, RxJS, boas práticas) Interesse e experiência prática com Inteligência Artificial: uso de LLMs, agentes de IA (LangChain, CrewAI ou similares) e prompt engineering Participação em processos de code review, com visão de qualidade e boas práticas Conhecimento em testes unitários (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine/Karma) Familiaridade com Clean Code e SOLID Experiência com ferramentas de versionamento (GitHub, GitLab ou Azure DevOps) Vivência em ambientes ágeis (SCRUM / KANBAN)
Diferenciais:
Experiência com LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen ou CrewAI Conhecimento em RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) e integração com LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) Familiaridade com ambientes de cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP) Experiência com CI/CD e ferramentas de qualidade (SonarQube) Conhecimento em Docker
