A CI&T busca uma pessoa Engenheira Backend Sênior para desenvolver e sustentar a camada de integração que conecta agentes de IA aos sistemas e CRMs do cliente. O foco principal é a criação de APIs robustas, orquestração de fluxos complexos de dados e a implementação de mecanismos de handoff fluido entre IA e atendimento humano.
Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver APIs RESTful e conectores via protocolo MCP para integração dos agentes de IA aos sistemas corporativos.
Realizar integração profunda com sistemas de Billing e CRM (Salesforce/Amdocs).
Orquestrar microatividades para suporte aos agentes, garantindo fluxos de dados confiáveis e escaláveis.
Garantir a preservação do contexto da conversa em integrações assíncronas.
Implementar o padrão Outbox para mensageria com OCI Streaming.
Assegurar autenticação e segurança nas integrações (mTLS, OAuth2).
Requisitos para este desafio:
Desenvolvimento avançado em Python e/ou Java.
Experiência sólida em integração de sistemas via APIs REST e gRPC.
Conhecimento em padrões de orquestração e mensageria.
Familiaridade com CRMs e sistemas legados.
Domínio de práticas de autenticação e segurança: mTLS e OAuth2.
Experiência com implementação do padrão Outbox para mensageria com OCI Streaming.
[Opcional] Diferenciais:
Conhecimento em Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Experiência com ferramentas de API Gateway (OCI API Gateway).
Vivência com Salesforce/Amdocs APIs.
Familiaridade com Redis para gestão de estado de integração.
