Requirements
- ·3+ years of accounting experience with demonstrable work in construction or project-based accounting
- ·Proficiency with job cost accounting concepts: WIP, retainage, commitments, change orders, and project closeouts
- ·Experience with accounting software (e.g., AppFolio, QuickBooks, Sage 100/300) and strong spreadsheet skills
- ·Comfortable working remotely with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- ·High attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
