About the role

Miratech is looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations for Amazon Connect and AWS-based contact center solutions. The role involves building scalable APIs, designing DynamoDB data models, developing Python-based Lambda functions, and managing infrastructure using Terraform. The ideal candidate will possess strong AWS development expertise, hands-on Amazon Connect experience, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and Amazon Professional Services.
