About the role
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong customer service skills, the ability to analyze and process multifaceted requests, and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision. This position offers the opportunity to develop an expanded knowledge base while contributing to a collaborative, engaged, and accountable workforce focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Our next hiring class will start on November 6th. The training hours will be 8:00-4:30pm CST for 7-10 days. Following training, you will move to the closing shift, which will be Monday through Thursday, 9:00-5:30pm CST and on Friday, 8:30-5:00pm CST. This initial shift assignment is based on operational needs at time of hire. A shift bid will be offered at a later date, providing associates the opportunity to bid for available shifts in accordance with business need.
