Learning Solutions Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Learning Solutions Designer to join our growing team. This is a key role within our Product department, focused on translating assessment requirements into clear, engaging content. You’ll be someone who can take complex topics and make them easy to understand. You’ll have a great eye for detail and understand the nuances of assessment delivery, as well as the regulatory impact. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll support the management of the product roadmap and programme of regulatory changes. You will design, maintain and test high-quality assessment materials to support all assessment activities. This role also plays a key part in the quality and growth of our business, so we’re looking for someone who shares our quality and people-first values.
