The AVP, Product Leader role is designed to support the Construction Organization and leads the governance and oversight of the portfolio. You will work closely with leaders across the enterprise establishing underwriting strategies, standards, guidelines, authority standards and the audit process. The position will work closely with Construction leadership to drive the Construction Sustainability initiative. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of underwriting experience in commercial underwriting with depth of knowledge the construction industry segment. Individuals should have strong coverage knowledge as well as skill in assessing exposures to loss, loss analysis and pricing. You will be responsible for the overall management, analysis and monitoring of the portfolio. You will need to leverage your high degree of technical understanding to coordinate complex strategies across Construction and the enterprise. JOB DESCRIPTION:
