Requirements
- ·Comfort with vibe-coding — building little tools or automating parts of your workflow to save time. No CS background needed.
- ·A solid understanding of the different AI models out there, and a habit of keeping up as the industry moves.
- ·You’re proactive with ideas and can write your own hooks and short ad scripts.
- ·You’re comfortable digging into ad performance data in Meta Ads Manager to see what’s working and why.
- ·Fluent in internet culture — you know what’s funny, shareable, and trending, and can turn it into creative fast.
