About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a full-service creative and strategic agency dedicated to helping startups and growing businesses make a powerful first impression. By integrating branding, visual content creation, and strategic growth into one cohesive system, the agency empowers founders to launch with a distinct brand identity, professional digital presence, and market-ready positioning. In this role, your primary focus will be transforming raw images, copy, ideas, and simple briefs into high-converting, visually stunning social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key channels. Working directly with the Social Media Manager and marketing team, you will elevate brand consistency, suggest creative concepts, and design additional marketing collateral (ranging from pitch decks and brochures to one-pagers).
