JOB SUMMARY

One More Child is seeking to employ a full-time Data Analyst to support its mission of impacting vulnerable children and struggling families through the collection, integration, analysis, forecasting, and visualization of organizational data. The Data Analyst will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence by leveraging Microsoft Fabric's unified analytics platform to transform data into strategic insights that improve decision-making across fundraising, finance, program operations, and organizational leadership.

Requirements

·Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Three (3) or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
·Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard development.
·Ability to demonstrate data visualization capabilities in Power BI and provide examples of previous dashboard, report, or analytics work.
·Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, and Data Warehouse.
