About the role

Sobre este rol En Unholster estamos buscando una ingeniera o ingeniero de Software que quiera sumarse al equipo y contribuir en desafíos técnicos de alto impacto. Queremos a alguien con la capacidad de tomar decisiones técnicas importantes, liderar proyectos complejos y acompañar al resto del equipo en el diseño y evolución de sistemas robustos.

Nos interesa especialmente que este cargo se proyecte como parte central en el fortalecimiento de nuestras capacidades técnicas y en la evolución de nuestra forma de desarrollar software. A medida que avances en el rol, tendrás la posibilidad de asumir responsabilidades de liderazgo técnico, ya sea como referente en una vertical tecnológica, liderando equipos o definiendo estándares transversales en colaboración con otras áreas de la empresa.
