Requirements

·The ideal candidate will have:
·Senior Engineering Leadership: 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience within a High-Variation/High-Mix manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for Tier 1 Contract Electronics Manufacturing background.
·Lean & Automation Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and the Theory of Constraints (Six Sigma Black Belt preferred), paired with practical experience deploying Cobots and machine learning sensors.
·Required Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; an MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management is a significant advantage.
