Our client is a U.S.-based company looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support its finance team with accurate data entry, transaction processing, and administrative accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys repetitive, process-driven work. The majority of your time will be spent entering financial information, processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day administrative tasks. You'll collaborate with U.S. team members in English and communicate with Mexican stakeholders in Spanish.

Requirements
- ·2 - 5 years of experience as accounting assistant, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting data entry role
- ·Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish
- ·Experience entering accounting transactions with strong attention to detail
- ·Familiarity with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes
- ·Basic understanding of accounting principles
