About the role

As Project Manager on our People & Culture (P&C) team, you'll bring structure, accountability and a human touch to the projects shaping Booksy 's global team experience. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll help our P&C Leadership team break down silos and apply our resources with intention across our centres of excellence.

You'll own delivery of the P&C Roadmap: leading weekly reviews, facilitating status updates and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement. Working across teams, you'll manage planning and budget processes, report to stakeholders inside and beyond P&C, and keep our global initiatives on course. It's less about managing tasks than keeping an eye on the bigger picture; helping the team thrive as we pursue efficiency gains and opportunities with AI.
