About the role
L 'Analyste d'affaires principal est un(e) expert en analyse d'affaires, en conception fonctionnelle et en solutions Web. Il contribue à l'évolution et à la modernisation des solutions de gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) et de la paie de LGI en transformant les besoins d'affaires en solutions numériques créant de la valeur pour les clients et les utilisateurs.
En étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de produit, les designers UI/UX, les développeurs, les experts métiers et les clients, le rôle participe à toutes les étapes du cycle de développement Agile, de la découverte des besoins jusqu'à la livraison des fonctionnalités. Il/elle contribue activement à la modernisation des composantes Web des solutions RH et Paie en concevant des solutions fonctionnelles cohérentes, performantes et centrées sur les utilisateurs.
