Requirements
- ·3-6+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or email marketing, with flexibility on exact seniority for candidates with strong hands-on experience.
- ·Deep, hands-on Klaviyo experience, including personally building campaigns, automations, flows, segments, and reporting.
- ·DTC or e-commerce lifecycle marketing experience.
- ·Experience designing and maintaining lifecycle flow architecture rather than only managing or reviewing other people's work.
- ·Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, SMS marketing, email deliverability, and list health.
