Buscamos un profesional apasionado por el desarrollo de personas y equipos, que quiera acompañar a líderes y profesionales en su crecimiento, potenciando habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
TUS FUNCIONES:
Diseñar y ofrecer sesiones de formación y coaching individual o grupal en liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos.
Acompañar a líderes y profesionales en el desarrollo de competencias clave, resolución de conflictos y gestión de equipos.
Crear dinámicas, ejercicios prácticos y materiales formativos para fortalecer la cohesión y desempeño del equipo.
REQUISITOS:
Experiencia como coach, formador o mentor en liderazgo, gestión de equipos o desarrollo profesional.
Capacidad de comunicación clara, empática y motivadora.
Responsable, proactivo y con entusiasmo por enseñar y acompañar a otros en su desarrollo.
OFRECEMOS:
Pago competitivo: 15 - 30€ por hora.
