·AI-Native Builder Mindset
·Regular user of Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools.
·Comfortable creating working prototypes, automations, dashboards, workflows, or lightweight applications.
·Able to evaluate AI-generated solutions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
·Understands the difference between validating an idea and building a production-ready system.
