About the role
Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the execution and ongoing coordination of our new OSA Healthcare Improvement Initiative. This role is the central hub for the program, responsible for ensuring that our PDSA-driven (Plan-Do-Study-Act) screening workflow is successfully implemented across 8 primary care sites.
You will serve as the primary bridge between Wesper leadership, our healthcare-improvement partner, and the participating clinical sites, ensuring all milestones are met and program outcomes are successfully tracked and reported. This is a contract role scheduled for a 1 year project with the possibility of extension and conversion to full time if the project moves into additional initiatives.
