Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be a hands-on Salesforce developer responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support our sales and revenue operations. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver automation, integrations, and custom Salesforce functionality.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations, and modern development and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and asynchronous processes.

Build modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura where required.

Configure and customize Sales Cloud features including Opportunities, Leads, Contracts, Campaigns, and related objects.

Design and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms including Gong, HubSpot, and Salesloft.

Build and maintain Salesforce–HubSpot bi-directional integrations, including field mappings, lifecycle stages, and data synchronization.

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application, integration, automation, and data issues.

Write unit tests and ensure Apex code meets Salesforce testing and deployment requirements.

Participate in Git-based development and CI/CD workflows, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, validation, and deployments.

Follow Salesforce development best practices around governor limits, bulkification, error handling, security, and scalability.

Explore and leverage AI capabilities and automation to improve Salesforce workflows, developer productivity, data quality, and sales operations.

Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in technical discovery, solution discussions, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.
