About the job
This position is needed to lead one of our New Business Account Executive teams selling into DACH & Benelux within the EMEA Region. Reporting into our EMEA Regional Vice President for South & DACH, the right person for this role is an experienced sales leader who is adept at building high-performing teams of solution-selling Account Executives disciplined in driving new logo acquisition and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Build and manage a high performing team of account executives focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and driving new logo growth.
Coach and lead a team to identify and execute targeted outbound prospecting strategies across the entire portfolio of Twilio Products.
Enable and coach your team around how to engage across various levels of customer maturity and segmentation.
Work closely with our Marketing, Professional Services & Partner teams to build a robust pipeline and accelerate time-to-value for new prospects.
Forecast your team overachieving on their goals, and deftly present your guidance to your management

*Required:
7+ years of managerial experience within a high performing CPaaS, Communications or API based company.
Experience in building teams, driving pipeline creation, managing monthly forecasting, supporting fiscal planning, and tracking revenue for new business accounts.
Experience managing a remote team spread across different countries.
Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements
- ·7+ years of managerial experience within a high performing CPaaS, Communications or API based company.
- ·Experience in building teams, driving pipeline creation, managing monthly forecasting, supporting fiscal planning, and tracking revenue for new business accounts.
- ·Experience managing a remote team spread across different countries.
- ·Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and business objectives.
- ·Industry experience in selling CPaaS or SaaS and managing complex sales negotiations.
