About the job
This position is needed to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaign operational requests. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, this role will be the operational backbone of our campaign initiatives.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and objectives
Build, test and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms
Prioritize, track and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira)
Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
Resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
Experience building automated and complex campaign programs from inception to completion (e.g., lead nurtures, customer lifecycle nurtures, audience segmentation, workflow automations)
2+ years of experience leveraging Marketo
Requirements
- ·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- ·3-5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
- ·Experience building automated and complex campaign programs from inception to completion (e.g., lead nurtures, customer lifecycle nurtures, audience segmentation, workflow automations)
- ·2+ years of experience leveraging Marketo
- ·Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
