4:00pm - 8:00pm BJT (1am - 5am PT / 4am - 8am ET)

In this role, you will serve as our local representative in the United States, helping us identify and attract top talent while supporting our employer branding efforts through our Instagram account. Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, university career platforms, and other local recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates.
Introduce candidates to our company, answer general questions about opportunities, and coordinate interviews.
Collaborate closely with China-based HR and hiring teams to align hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
利用 LinkedIn、Indeed、Handshake、高校职业平台等美国主流招聘渠道主动搜寻并筛选符合岗位要求的候选人。负责候选人的初步沟通，介绍岗位信息及公司情况，回答基础问题，并协调安排后续面试。与中国总部 HR 及业务团队保持密切沟通，对齐招聘需求并及时反馈招聘进展。

Requirements
- ·Basic Qualifications | 基本要求
- ·Must be currently located in the United States.
- ·Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- ·Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
