Our team at Wisdo Health is seeking NBHWC-certified Health and Wellness Coaches to support adults participating in a virtual group coaching program designed to complement their weight management journey, including individuals using GLP-1 medications. Coaches lead weekly online group sessions that help members build sustainable habits around nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and long-term behavior change.

This is a remote position based in the United States Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

What You’ll Do

Provide health and wellness group coaching to members in a virtual group setting to promote positive lifestyle habits and behaviors

Support members to develop self-directed strategies for sustainable, healthy lifestyle behavior change

Utilize motivational interviewing, coaching theories, and coaching techniques to assist members in accomplishing their action steps and goals

Follow program guidance and policies

Ensure members are informed of what to expect when engaging in coaching

Work under the general supervision of a Coaching Program Manager (or designee), who establishes objectives and priorities

About You

Active board certification in Health and Wellness Coaching (e.g., NBHWC or equivalent)

At least 3 years of experience facilitating live virtual group coaching sessions for adults focused on sustainable weight management and behavior change

Strong knowledge of behavior change principles, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based coaching approaches

Ability to work within a defined scope of practice and follow established escalation protocols

Reliable access to a private, confidential space for leading live virtual sessions

Strong written communication skills to support members through asynchronous, chat-based interactions

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The hourly rate for this role is $35/hr.
