Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity

Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team

Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale

Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.

What you’ll be doing

Design and build our AI agents and workflows, and the platform underneath them;;

Design the APIs, schemas and data pipelines the agents depend on;

Build for reliability and latency live agents demand;

Extend our multi-deployment architecture so a new client ships without forking the core;

Find the bottlenecks and scale the system as call volume and data complexity grow;

Drive technical decisions on infrastructure and practices, and mentor the engineers around you.

What you need to have

5+ years in backend engineering, building and running systems in production;

Strong Python in production, building and maintaining high-performance APIs;

Solid SQL, schema design and migrations;

Experience with event-driven systems and message queues;

Strong grasp of design patterns and clean architecture boundaries;

Experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP;

Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in Greek and English, at a proficient level.
