Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity

Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team

Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale

Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.

What you’ll be doing

Own the design, delivery, and improvement of our AI agents and other LLM-powered products;

Integrate new models into the platform and build the benchmarks to evaluate them;

Own agent real-time observability;

Ship the production backend behind the agents as well as the supporting platform;

Bring your intuition about LLM architecture and how it shapes agent architecture;

Grow the AI function by defining the practices, raising the bar in review, and mentoring.

What you need to have

4+ years building and running production software;

Working understanding of how LLMs are architected and behave;

Solid experience in SQL, Python and event-driven design;

Experience shipping LLM-powered features and their observability;

Experience designing evals;

Experience with Cloud platforms (ideally GCP);

Experience leading and owning complex and ambiguous projects from ideation to completion/maintenance;

Experience providing technical oversight and mentoring colleagues;
