Position Summary

SRS Acquiom (SRSA) is looking for a Payments Analyst to join our high-performing Operations team and help power the distribution engine behind complex M&A deals. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, data-heavy environment, where ambiguity is the norm and thinking critically is non-negotiable. You’ll be at the center of managing payment workflows—tracking everything from shareholder documentation and compliance. The work blends heads-down processing with heads-up decision-making, and you’ll regularly navigate a space where “it depends” is a frequent starting point.

Core responsibilities of this role include the processing of all mail related to security holder documentation, following up with holders regarding deficient items, data entry of personally identifiable information and the population and reconciliation of shareholder documents within a data room. In this role the analyst will rotate into the daily processing of payments to include creating payment files for submission to the bank partners and researching any returned or delayed payments. Strong project management, detail oriented, discretion and excellent communications skills will be essential in this role, as interaction with sophisticated investors and handling of PII will be on-going. This person should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to handle multiple transactions at one time and should have the ability to work both as a teammate within the operations group and with a high level of autonomy on individual projects.

Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States.

If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected.

If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $60k and $70k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities

Process Letters of Transmittal and other legal documentation submitted via mail and e-mail, complete data entry within the required SLA, and maintain the integrity of the system of record

Interact with security holders via phone and email regarding deficiencies following the review of account packets

Requirements

  • ·1–4 years of experience in operations, financial services, or other documentation-heavy roles
  • ·Comfort working with large volumes of data and handling sensitive information
  • ·High attention to detail (yes, we said it again - it really does matter here)
  • ·Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization

Benefits

  • ·Day‑one coverage: medical, dental, and vision plans so you’re protected from the start
  • ·A 401(k) with a 4% company match to keep your future on track
  • ·Discretionary time off - take the time you need, when you need it
  • ·Employer‑paid life insurance, with the option to add extra coverage for peace of mind
  • ·Employee Assistance Programs for confidential support when life gets complicated
