Position Summary

This role is responsible for the dissemination of confidential, legally required information, making certain that information is relayed timely and accurately, and is distributed according to individual deal guidelines to ensure certain information is only shared with those privy to it. The review of completed packets for compliance with deal requirements and ultimately the release of equity consideration to shareholders. The purpose of this position is to assist our external clients with soliciting the entire security holder base for a proposed transaction, including the required deal disclosures and consents, leading up to the eventual closing and payout of M&A transactions. This role reports to the Fulfillment Managers

Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States.

If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected.

If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius the Denver of the office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $65k and $73k, depending on experience level.

Read and carry out the steps provided in the instruction letters for the release of escrow funds

Formulate the appropriate processing methods according to the type of deal or request
