We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer I to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of a suite of tools for providers, patient workflows, and diagnostic reporting. Successful candidates will be ambitious, self-driven, and organized — deeply invested in both the user experience and the real-world functionality of our products.

This role is fully remote; however, we have a preference for candidates able to work in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) hours to better align with team collaboration.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

What You’ll Do

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to shape quality from the ground up.

Analyze and evaluate business requirements with product managers and translate them into test strategies.

Create, execute, and maintain test documentation and test plans.

Create and execute manual and automated testing of web applications: exploratory, functional, acceptance, regression, and UI testing.

Test APIs and backend services (REST, GraphQL) for robustness and correctness.

Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, prioritized, and tracked.

Lead root cause analysis with developers to accelerate defect resolution.

Mentor junior QA engineers and help instill best practices across the team.

Be an active voice in process improvements to raise product quality and engineering performance.

Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality.

Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) through manual and automated testing.

Contribute to performance and security testing efforts where applicable..

What You’ll Bring

4+ years of professional experience in software QA.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with test design techniques and practical implementation.

Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, and APIs.
