A day in the life:

Power Digital Marketing is looking for a Programmatic Media Manager who will be responsible for driving performance, strategy, and account growth for major multi-channel paid media clients. The Programmatic Media Manager will report directly to the Programmatic Supervisor, who will help guide strategy, vendor, and client relationships that will guide the media execution for this role. The Programmatic Media Manager will support media strategy and planning and be responsible for execution, analysis, reporting, and communicating updates with the team.

The Programmatic Media Manager should have strong media management skills and be able to lead as the subject matter expert in internal meetings and with ad platform partners, while contributing in client meetings. You will have experience deploying paid media strategies across multiple channels, guiding an internal team towards successfully driving business growth for clients, and confidently defending critical elements of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

Successful management of designated paid media accounts

Meet pacing and KPI requirements for held accounts based on set goals and improved performance expectations.

Work with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to identify client goals, priorities and efficiency requirements.

Work with Account Managers & the Media Supervisor to identify client goals, priorities & efficiency requirements, ultimately improving Paid Media’s contribution to business success.

Actively works to increase billing & channel support for existing media accounts & propose opportunities to expand media coverage for new accounts.

Continually work to learn new strategies, test new platforms & expand Cardinal’s paid media offerings.

Function as the primary point of contact both internally & externally for all ‘owned’ accounts, responsible for pacing & performance of accounts.

Responsible for generating reports, writing insights & communicating with the client for designated accounts.

Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of held accounts, including but not limited to optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodologies, conversion types, and copy revisions.

Contribution to Paid Media strategy for assigned accounts, working with the Media Supervisor as needed.

Responsible for strategic ideation on all accounts, designing & adjusting campaign strategies to meet each client’s business goals (and internal objectives).

Responsible for designing & deploying tests in accounts on a monthly & quarterly cadence (structural, targeting, creative & messaging, conversion, etc).

Responsible for continual testing, verification & improvement of full-funnel structures.

Role Requirements:

Requirements

  • ·2-5+ years of Paid Media experience
  • ·Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with budgets ranging between $200K-$1MM. per month.
  • ·Extensive experience in campaign management & strategy across programmatic ad platforms, including DSPs ( Viant, StackAdapt, Cadent, Illumin, The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.), DMPs, and other data and ad tech partners.
  • ·Experience directly managing campaigns, as well as working with partners via managed service.
  • ·Experience in campaign management & strategy across additional platforms is a plus, but not required (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
