主要工作职责
1- 开发与拓展
通过多渠道（线下拜访、行业会议、社群、转介绍等）挖掘并开发潜在高价值客户（包括但不限于专业交易者、家族办公室等）。
能够快速画像并识别高潜力目标客户，建立并维护客户线索池和跟进节奏。
2- 客户关系管理与业绩达成
建立并维护稳固的客户关系，定期Review，了解用户交易需求、资金规模与产品需求。
对所负责客户的 资产规模、交易量、收益贡献等关键指标（KPI）负责 ，按月度/季度完成业绩目标。
3- 产品与解决方案咨询
深入理解各家主流交易平台的各产品条线（如：现货、合约、期权、Earn/理财、结构化产品等），能够为客户提供对比分析和专业建议。
收集客户需求与痛点，协同产品、运营等团队，为重点客户提供定制化解决方案。
4- 行业洞察与学习
持续跟进行业动态、竞品策略和新产品形态，快速掌握并消化新知识，形成对客户有价值的观点与建议。
定期输出客户/市场反馈与竞品情报，为内部策略和产品迭代提供一线视角。
任职要求
至少 2 年及以上 web3 行业工作经验 ，对主流交易所、钱包、托管、DeFi 等产品有实际使用或服务经验。
能够 快速识别与筛选目标客户 ，具备优秀的沟通谈判技巧与关系维护能力，有高潜力客户的客户关系管对金融市场、衍生品、风险收益等有基本认知，有银行、券商、资管等金融背景者优先。理、客户服务和运营等相关工作经验优先；
明确的 KPI & 结果导向 ，习惯用数据衡量业绩。
能接受 高强度工作节奏与频繁出差 / 拜访 。
自驱力强，抗压能力好，能够在不确定环境中找到路径并推动落地。
能够 中英文双语工作（听说读写）；
本科及以上学历， 金融、经济、会计、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先 。

- ·At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry , with hands-on usage or service experience related to major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi products, etc.
- ·Clear KPI & result orientation , and comfortable using data to measure and manage performance.
- ·Comfortable with a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel / client visits .
- ·Strong self-motivation and resilience, able to find paths forward and drive execution in an uncertain environment.
- ·Able to work in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) .
