Overview

About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape how some of the world's largest retailers manage and grow their digital businesses on Instacart.

You'll own Retailer App as a platform , building a consumer-grade experience where retailers can easily manage their storefronts, discover and adopt new capabilities, and take greater control of their businesses. You'll also build the foundations that enable product teams across Instacart to deliver great retailer experiences quickly, consistently, and safely.

In parallel, you'll own Analytics & Insights , one of Retailer App's core products, transforming retailer data into actionable insights that help retailers grow.

Across both areas, you'll set a compelling multi-half product vision and strategy, translating customer needs into differentiated products and measurable outcomes. You'll be expected to operate with exceptional ownership and velocity, driving complex initiatives from ambiguity to launch, aligning teams across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data, and working directly with leading enterprise retailers to uncover needs and deliver scalable solutions.

This role offers a unique combination of platform-wide influence, end-to-end product ownership, and direct business impact — with the opportunity to define the next generation of retailer tools.

About the Team - Instacart’s Enterprise Platform team is responsible for the white-label product that enables retailers of all sizes to compete online through their own ecommerce experiences. The team is focused on platform growth and long-term retailer success — from onboarding new partners to helping them acquire, serve, and retain their end customers in ways that align with their unique brand and strategy.
