THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to our Partners team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

The Partner Portal is the digital home base for every Wellhub partner, from independent fitness studios and boutique gyms to global wellness providers, across our footprint. It is the mission-critical platform that more than 100,000 partners worldwide rely on daily to manage their schedules, track earnings, optimize operations, and grow their businesses with Wellhub.

As a Staff Product Manager , you will lead the multi-year product strategy for this flagship platform. This is a senior, high-visibility role where you will operate as a strategic leader, shaping how partners interact with Wellhub globally, setting the benchmark for partner experience, and directly driving company-level goals around partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.

YOUR IMPACT

Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Partner Portal, balancing core partner operational workflows, scalable self-service capability, and business growth objectives.

Partner Discovery & Insights: Engage directly with partners (gym owners, studio managers, and enterprise partners) to uncover operational pain points, understand their business economics, and translate insights into high-impact product solutions.

Core Business Drivers: Define and drive OKRs focused on key partner metrics, including partner onboarding speed, self-service adoption, operational efficiency, engagement, payout transparency, and partner retention.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Partner Operations, Commercial/Sales, Partner Support, Design, and Engineering to build cohesive, end-to-end partner experiences across systems and regions.

Stakeholder Alignment: Build and articulate compelling product visions to senior executive leadership, aligning internal stakeholders on priorities and business outcomes.

AI & Platform Innovation: Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation (e.g., intelligent support, operational insights, recommendations) to reduce friction for partners and scale platform efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

7+ years in Product Management: Proven track record of launching and scaling complex, high-impact digital products end-to-end.

Domain Expertise: Experience owning B2B/B2B2C SaaS, partner-facing portals, marketplace platforms, or multi-sided ecosystem products with large-scale external user bases.

Partner-Centric Mindset: Deep passion for understanding external user workflows, conducting qualitative partner research, and building intuitive experiences.

Data-Driven & Analytical: Fluent in using quantitative metrics, customer funnels, and experimentation (A/B testing) to prioritize features and measure outcome impact.

Influence: Exceptional communication skills (English, both synchronous and asynchronous) with a proven ability to align cross-functional leaders and external partners.

Global Scale Experience: Comfortable building scalable software that supports internationalization, localization, and multi-country operational requirements.
