Senior Strategic Delivery Coordinator, DFIR & GRIT - Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

General Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Strategic Delivery Coordinator to lead and drive the delivery of complex Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) and Threat Intelligence engagements. This role will independently manage end-to-end engagement lifecycles, mentor junior team members, and champion process improvement initiatives while providing "Wow Them" service to clients and internal stakeholders.

The Sr. Strategic Delivery Coordinator will be required to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, serve as a trusted advisor to the Strategic Delivery Manager and Practice Leadership, and leverage deep knowledge of DFIR and GRIT operations to ensure the successful delivery of high-priority engagements across multiple sectors.

About the DFIR & Threat Intelligence Practice:

The DFIR & Threat Intelligence Practice helps organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents, turning front-line experience into intelligence that keeps clients ahead of the threat. Six specialized teams work as one across the full arc of an incident, from readiness planning through response, recovery, and threat research. We partner with client security and legal teams, cyber insurance carriers, breach counsel, and GuidePoint's regional and sales organizations to cut dwell time and limit business impact.

The six teams:

DFIR (Digital Forensics & Incident Response) — Breach investigation, forensics, containment, and eradication when an incident is confirmed or suspected.

IRA (Incident Response Advisory) — Readiness before an incident: IR planning, tabletop exercises, Blue Team enablement, and program maturity assessments.

GRIT (GuidePoint Research and Intelligence Team) — Original threat research and intelligence that drives our investigations, Threat Actor communications, TI advisory, and as-a-Service capabilities.

SD (Strategic Delivery) — Delivery management that keeps engagements staffed, on track, and consistent.

R&R (Recovery & Restoration) — Post-incident rebuild that returns clients to safe, operational environments.

Insurance & Counsel — The bridge to carriers and breach counsel through the claims and legal side of an incident.

What sets us apart: one integrated practice carries a client through the whole lifecycle with no hand-off gaps, including the demanding parts of an engagement that most providers cannot cover in-house, from GRIT's Threat Actor communications and negotiation support to R&R's full environment restoration and coordination with insurers and counsel. Roles and Responsibilities:

Independently lead and manage complex, high-visibility DFIR & GRIT engagements end-to-end — from scoping and initiation through closure — with minimal oversight, including resource alignment, deliverable coordination, timeline management, and client communications.

Serve as the primary escalation point for critical engagements and client concerns, including active incident response events; coordinate resolution across technical teams, Practice Leadership, and Account Executives where time sensitivity and communication are paramount.

Proactively identify and mitigate engagement risks, scope changes, and delivery blockers; escalate to the Strategic Delivery Manager/Practice Lead with recommended courses of action.

Coordinate and ensure the quality and consistency of comprehensive engagement deliverables, performing substantive review before client delivery to ensure they are tailored to both technical and managerial audiences.

Manage engagement financials awareness including hours tracking, burn rate monitoring, and budget adherence in coordination with the Strategic Delivery Manager.

Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders by serving as a consistent point of contact and leading client-facing status meetings, kickoff calls, and post-engagement reviews with professional, clear communication at all times.

Proactively identify opportunities to expand client engagements or recommend additional GuidePoint services, collaborating with Sales Engineering and Account teams.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of repeatable delivery processes, automation, orchestration, and standardization initiatives — including playbooks, templates, checklists, and SOPs — that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across all DFIR & GRIT engagements.

Define and track key delivery metrics and KPIs; generate reporting and analysis to inform Practice Leadership on delivery performance, capacity utilization, and engagement health trends.
