GPSU Military/Military Spouses - Commercial Fellowship

This application is for separating service members and military spouses looking to conduct a fellowship through DoD Skillbridge, Army Career Skills Program, Hiring Our Heroes or SpouseWorks. This application is for transitioning service members looking for remote commercial roles following their separation, or for military spouses conducting fellowships through the Career Accelerator: SpouseWorks. These roles do not require a security clearance.

As a fellow at GuidePoint Security, you will work closely with industry-leading subject matter experts to provide first-class cyber security services. Learners will complete in-house training programs, while working on projects to enhance their security knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

You are separating from active-duty service within the next 18 months or are a Military Spouse who has been accepted into the SpouseWorks program.

You are eligible to conduct a fellowship through DoD Skillbridge, Army Career Skills Program, Hiring Our Heroes or SpouseWorks.

You are located within the United States for the entire duration of the fellowship and future full-time employment opportunities.

For technical roles, you will need at least a basic knowledge of networking, common security tools and practices, as well as a passion for information security.

Preference is given to those currently serving in IT or cyber positions.

Group Medical Insurance options: Zero Deductible PPO Plan (GuidePoint pays 90% of the premium for employees and 70% for family plans (spouse/children/family) or High Deductible Health Plan with HSA (GuidePoint pays 100% of the employees premiums and 75% for family plans (spouse/children/family). If you choose the High Deductible / HSA plan, GPS will contribute in 4 equal quarterly installments: ($850 per EE annually / $1750 per family annually (includes spouse/children/family options)
