Description
Fleetio is looking for a product-minded and collaborative Software Engineer to join our Growth Engineering team. Growth Engineering is focused on helping customers realize value from Fleetio as quickly as possible by building thoughtful onboarding experiences, improving product adoption, and experimenting with features that drive long-term engagement.
In this role, you'll build features across the product that make it easier for users to discover value, adopt new workflows, and successfully manage their fleets. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Operations, and fellow engineers to turn insights into product improvements and measurable customer outcomes.
This is an opportunity to work on a team that values experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning while delivering high-quality software that directly impacts customer growth and retention.
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

This role is part of the Engineering department and reports to the Engineering Manager.
Your Impact
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Operations, and other Engineers to deliver high-quality product experiences.
Design and implement features that improve user onboarding, product adoption, and long-term engagement.
Help build experiments that validate product ideas and measure customer impact.
Requirements

- ·1+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- ·Experience using customer data to inform product decisions.
- ·Experience improving onboarding, activation, or engagement experiences.
