· Provides support to the Field Marketing and Demand Generation team(s), with a high attention to detail •· Researches, analyzes, and documents findings•· Executes recruitment strategies for field marketing events in alignment with organizational objectives and priorities•· Partners with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences and attendee mix for events•· Builds and manages multi-channel recruitment campaigns to drive event registration and attendance•· Monitors registration pacing and attendance performance, and communicates status and risks to stakeholders•· Partners with sales teams to encourage account-based recruitment and participation in event promotion•· Ensures accurate attendee data and reporting are provided to relevant teams following each event•· Builds and manages the event follow up plan and works closely with Sales team to ensure follow up SLAs are being met•· Reports on event success metrics to stakeholders ConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
