About the role
The Finance team at Clover Health is a group of strategic partners providing financial and operational insights that drive informed decision-making and efficient capital allocation. The MA Plan Actuarial Strategic Operations team serves as the operational and financial nerve center for Clover's Medicare Advantage business. Embedded within the Actuarial organization, the team combines deep business expertise with advanced analytics and AI to integrate financial, operational, and actuarial insights, monitor enterprise performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and deliver timely recommendations that improve affordability, member outcomes, and financial performance.
