Successful candidates bring recent, practical experience with medical devices, facility HTM operations, or healthcare technology implementation, along with strong project coordination skills. Track project milestones, risks, decisions, and action items; identify how unresolved issues may affect in-flight work or deployment readiness.

Work with facility HTM, clinical teams, Oracle Health, vendors, and program stakeholders to clarify ownership, deliverables, and milestone status.

Participate actively in technical and operational discussions. Ask focused follow-up questions when information is incomplete or conflicting, and track issues through resolution.

Escalate concerns with a clear explanation of the issue, its potential impact, the decision needed, and the next steps.

Prepare status reports, executive summaries, briefings, and meeting documentation that accurately capture decisions, owners, and follow-up actions.

Support planning and coordination through readiness, testing, deployment, and post-deployment follow-up.

Work within applicable VHA processes, federal requirements, and healthcare technology practices
